What to Expect

As a new client of our veterinary clinic, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. When you arrive for your appointment, expect to be greeted courteously by one of our client care representatives. After getting checked in you will be placed into one of our exam rooms where a technician will go over a brief medical history and discuss the purpose of your visit.  Then one of our veterinarians will conduct a thorough physical examination and address any concerns you may have.  
We encourage you to ask questions and will work together to formulate an effective diagnostic and treatment plan. It is important to us that you understand the information presented, any recommendations and are comfortable with the medical care plan for your pet.  At the conclusion of your appointment, any medication or treatment instructions will be explained and our front desk team will check you out and schedule any needed follow up.

Please note: Our goal is to make sure all of our patients are seen on time, but occasionally there may be an unexpected delay due to an emergency or because a patient’s condition requires a little more time. We kindly ask for your patience, as we would extend the same dedication to you and your pet, should the need arise. We will make every attempt to minimize these delays as much as possible.
